Schedule an Appointment
Call our hotline or book online through our website. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments help reduce wait times.
Prepare Your Documents
Bring a valid ID, HMO card (if applicable), previous medical records, and list of current medications.
Arrival & Registration
Arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration. Our staff will guide you through the check-in process.
Consultation
Meet with your healthcare provider who will assess your condition and recommend appropriate treatment.

Patient's Obligation
- Follow hospital policies, rules and regulations particularly those affecting patient car, safety and conduct.
- Provide complete and truthful information about health including past illnesses, alllergies and previous hospital confinement/s.
- Ask questions regarding the nature of his/her illness/es and its management including options, risk and costs.
- Promptly settle financiall obligations.
- Report unexpected health changes.
- Know the member of his health care team.
- Be considerate of the rights of the other patients, staff and hospital including those pertaining to noise control, smoking and visitors.
- Be involved in the decisions regarding of his/her healthcare.
- Never force physician(s) to treat him.

Hospital Policies
- Visiting Hours: Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Special arrangements can be made for critical patients.
- Patient Safety: All staff and visitors must follow infection control protocols, including hand hygiene and use of protective equipment when required.
- No Smoking Policy: The entire hospital premises is a smoke-free zone for the health and safety of all patients and staff.
- Mobile Phone Use: Mobile phones should be on silent mode in patient areas. Use is restricted in certain areas like ICU and operating rooms.
- Personal Belongings: The hospital is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please keep valuables at home or with family members.
- Advance Directives: Patients have the right to create advance directives regarding their medical care preferences.
- Payment Policy: Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with billing department.
- Feedback and Complaints: We welcome feedback through our patient relations office to continuously improve our services.
